Description

28 day aged Sirloin Steak is a popular choice in the steak world. A highly tender and extremely juice cut of steak that is best enjoyed medium-rare.  For the ultimate taste experience try cooking sirloin steak in a smoker or on the grill with a high heat.  

How to perfectly cook your sirloin steaks:

  1. Remove your steaks from the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature about one hour before cooking.
  2. Rub the steaks all over with a generous amount of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the steak to a piping hot pan and cook for 6 minutes for medium-rare, or to your liking, turning every minute or so.
  4. Once cooked, rest the steak on a plate for around 2 minutes.
  5. Slice and serve as preferred!
