Our Gammons have been specifically developed for the discerning customer who requires Premium Bacon and Gammons that taste just like they used to.

We do this by adding only traditional Wiltshire curing ingredients to the highest standards of welfare pork.

With our Dry Cured Bacon we trim them to ensure there is no excess fat or gristle you can boil, Roast or even do a Honey coat one these gammons, no wonder there so popular.
